Renault 4P Specialty (Stampe Engine)
We are specialized in the Renalt 4P engine which is the engine mounted on the well know Stampe biplane.
Our workshop is fully equipped with all the tooling and machines required for the maintenance and the rebuilt of vintage engines and accessories. We also have the full support of Jacques Rogemont who has a huge experience and know-how in vintage engines since he has been maintaining Renault engines since 1957.

CONVENTIONNAL MACHINING
Our workshop is equipped with a Dufour milling machine and a Cazeneuve lathe, allowing us to manufacture or adapt parts by ourselves.
CRANKCASE BEARINGS LINE AND RODS BORING
With our vintage line boring machine LA PRECISE and know-how, we line-bore our newly casted crankcases (camshaft, bearing journals) as well as babbitt or trimetal bearings.
Rod bearings are bored mounted in the rod on a dedicated machine.
ACCESSORIES OVERHAUL
We propose overhaul and benchtest of magnetos, fuel pumps and carburetors.
COMPLEX PARTS
Through our local partnerships, we can manufacture many different parts, including CNC machined parts or welded - sheet metal parts.
ENGINE BED
Renault engines are checked on a dedicated engine test bench before they are installed on the aircraft.

WELDING - SHEET METAL
We have recently set up a new partnership with ARC INOX. Julien is an expert in welding and sheet metal and is of great help for cylinder head repair, exhaust pipes manufacturing and more!
